Dr Inderpaul Singh Sehgal
He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh.
Dr Sehgal has been doing pioneering research in chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA). He has made significant contributions to the diagnosis and management of CPA. He had derived cut-off values for various investigations used in diagnosing CPA. He has also developed a follow-up protocol for CPA during treatment. He recently demonstrated 12-month therapy with oral azoles to be better than 6-month therapy, which has changed conventional treatment practice. This contribution by Dr Sehgal is certain to impact the current treatment guidelines for CPA.

Dr Bhavuk Garg
An eminent spine surgeon, an avid researcher, a renowned teacher, and above all, a fierce humanist,
Dr Bhavuk Garg is a committed academician of international reckoning with several high-impact
publications.
An alumnus from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, Dr Garg is
currently serving as Additional Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is dedicated
to the treatment of much-neglected spinal disorders such as scoliosis, kyphosis & Pott's spine,
including bone health in totality.
Some of his impactful innovations include the breakthrough Flexi-OH and the use of 3D printing for
the treatment of spinal deformities. He has been funded by several national and international
funding agencies to develop low-cost technologies, crafting patient-specific instruments, and building
capacity in the field. He has pioneered the art of tying the knot in limited space in spinal surgeries.
